James embarked on his career in the pool industry as a Pool Technician at Southwest Pools in 2007. For five years, he honed his skills in maintaining clean and compliant pool water. His dedication and expertise led him to establish TCP Pools in 2012. Under his leadership, TCP Pools has flourished, providing a wide array of services including pool inspections, cleaning, repairs, and maintenance.

James holds a CPO (Certified Pool Operator) Certification, a testament to his extensive knowledge and proficiency in pool chemistry and maintenance. He is a proud alumnus of Venice High School, where he completed his education in 2002.
