Our water is always crystal clear and the salt is always maintained at the proper level. Due to his experience in pool maintenance and his background in pool repair he is very knowledgeable about all pool components including the filtration system, spa and heater. In addition, he is highly reliable. On the rare occasion that James is unable to service our pool on our regular day, he always contacts us and comes the following day. I came across James while he was servicing a local pool. He was very kind to come to my villa immediately after he completed his service at the other villa. He took time out of his busy schedule to test my water, explain the staining on the walls and what steps he would take to help get my pool crystal clear. Although I was hesitant due to my bad experience with the other company, after a very polite conversation with James, I felt trust, honesty, and true integrity of how he runs his business and approaches his work. James diligently scrubbed my pool walls and worked some magic with chemicals that within days removed all the staining off the walls of the pool. He is always on schedule, never missed a week and is so courteous to all my neighbors who know him my name. To top it off, James has phoned me while I was out of state to let me know if anything was going wrong and even kept an eye on my villa. Trust is hard to find but I found it with James. I will always keep service with TCP Pools. My neighbors have taken up service with TCP Pools because they see him so meticulously working on my pool each week.
